Yes, you can freeze items when you receive them. The bread items you can freeze up to 6 months. I double wrap them in plastic wrap and place in a bag. You can freeze them straight away or eat some and freeze the rest. To reheat item either bake for 8minutes at 350 or microwave for 30seconds until reheated.
